Description
Vertex is hiring an on-site Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to lead first-, second-, or third-shift manufacturing activities in a drug-product facility. The role assigns work from production schedules, oversees cGMP operations including equipment setup, assembly, operation, disassembly, and cleaning, reviews batch records, enforces GMP compliance, and coordinates with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline and 6+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience, with preferred supervisory, cell-therapy, aseptic manufacturing, and POMS MES experience. The position follows a Tuesday-through-Saturday afternoon/evening schedule, is designated on-site, and pays $97,900–$146,900 annually.
