Description
The Supervisor Manufacturing Operations role leads day-to-day manufacturing operations in a regulated environment, overseeing safety, quality, delivery, compliance, staffing, shift handovers, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires at least three to five years of people-management experience and three or more years in a manufacturing leadership role, along with GMP, SAP, Excel, and manufacturing-systems knowledge. It is based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, on a Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. shift, with on-site collaboration and a minimum of four days of in-office presence per week.
