Description
The Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations manages daily manufacturing and remanufacturing activities across multiple product lines, including production scheduling, resource allocation, workflow optimization, quality assurance, inventory control, expense monitoring, KPI reporting, and team leadership. The role also handles recruitment, performance management, coaching, safety compliance, and process improvement. It is a full-time position on an 11-hour rotating shift in Malaysia and recommends a four-year degree in a relevant discipline or commensurate experience, along with 2–4 years of job-related experience and 0–2 years of management experience.
