Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee day-to-day GMP manufacturing operations, including batch records, timecards, performance reviews, training, equipment and facility maintenance, documentation, deviations, investigations, CAPA, and continuous process improvement. The role manages GMP staff, coordinates production schedules, leads cross-functional projects, and supports quality and cost-efficiency initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of GMP biologicals production experience, at least one year of progressive supervisory or management experience, and experience with clinical cell culture, aseptic processing, or cell therapy manufacturing. The position is performed in a cleanroom environment and offers a base salary of $98,354–$115,710 per year plus health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
