Description
The Production Supervisor oversees indirect material-handling hourly employees, coordinates material flow to the production line, monitors shortages and safety issues, trains employees, and completes assigned projects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of production-management or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of general experience, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. SAP and Microsoft Outlook knowledge are useful, and the position works between an office and manufacturing plant environment, often on a specific shift.
