Description
The MRF Operations Supervisor oversees daily employee and process activities at a Materials Recovery Facility, including scheduling, productivity, compliance, quality control, equipment and facility maintenance, employee coaching and performance evaluation, reporting, and P-card reconciliation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and four years of relevant work experience; a Weighmaster License, Solid Waste Operators Certificate, or CDL is preferred. The position is safety-sensitive and may involve indoor garage, shop, or gas-plant conditions as well as outdoor conditions with inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
