Description
The HVAC Supervisor will oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, testing, commissioning, and handover activities across ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi. The role leads technicians and subcontractors, reviews drawings and specifications, allocates resources, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, monitors quality and safety, and supports troubleshooting and corrective maintenance. Candidates need 7–10 years of HVAC experience and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with oil and gas, industrial, petrochemical, power, commercial, or large-scale construction experience preferred.
