Aversan Inc. is hiring a Supervisor Mechanical Design in Montreal, Quebec, on a full-time hybrid basis. The role leads and develops mechanical design and engineering staff, manages staffing, facilities, budgets, capital planning, audits, safety, and technical troubleshooting, and supports proposals, patents, and product development. Candidates need at least five years of engineering or manufacturing experience, strong leadership and people-management skills, bilingual French-English ability, and a mechanical engineering background; space-industry experience is preferred. The annual salary is CAD 90,000–120,000.
