GFSL is hiring a Plumbing Supervisor for HMP Erlestoke, a Category C adult male prison in Devizes. The permanent role runs 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday and pays £46,775.42 per annum. The supervisor will lead and support plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners, and administrators while overseeing mechanical, plumbing, heating, water, and building-service systems. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent plumbing or related qualification, at least five years of experience, commercial or industrial heating and water-system experience, knowledge of Legionella and water-supply regulations, strong health and safety, organisational, planning, and project-management skills, and familiarity with risk and compliance.
