BarkleyOKRP is hiring a full-time, hybrid Supervisor, Planning to own key client relationships and lead strategic and tactical media planning. The role develops media recommendations, manages client budgets and vendor relationships, supports junior partners, analyzes media performance, and presents at client meetings. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–4 years of media planning experience, strong media planning tools knowledge, and the ability to work across internal teams and media vendors.
