Caris is hiring a Supervisor - Molecular Operations, Liquid Profiling to oversee the daily operations of its molecular liquid profiling laboratory and ensure compliance with quality control, regulatory, safety, and performance standards. The role manages clinical molecular testing, equipment maintenance, specimen handling, reporting, proficiency testing, quality control documentation, inventory, performance metrics, employee relations, and technical support. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant laboratory science, at least four years of laboratory experience including two years of high-complexity patient testing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position works the third shift from 9:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., requires periodic travel, and may involve exposure to blood-borne pathogens and laboratory chemicals.
