The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse Manager provides direct supervision and 24-hour responsibility for NICU personnel and patients, coordinates care and resources, and leads scheduling, staffing, quality improvement, documentation, budgeting, and staff development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, three years of clinical nursing experience including one year in a regional or community NICU, California RN licensure, AHA BLS Healthcare certification, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.
