Description
The Nuclear Reactor Maintenance Supervisor leads personnel performing reactor maintenance, refueling, fuel handling, and related equipment repairs. The role plans and monitors work, coordinates with operations and technical teams, verifies compliance with safety and quality procedures, develops the team, and supports refueling outages across the Duke Energy nuclear fleet. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and four years of work-related experience, with nuclear facility maintenance experience preferred. It is an onsite role with 15–25% travel, requires lawful work authorization in the United States, and provides relocation assistance where applicable.
