Description
The Nurse Practitioner Lead supervises and develops a team of nurse practitioners delivering primary, urgent, and preventative care across homes, nursing facilities, shelters, pop-up clinics, and other community settings. The role includes clinical oversight, training, mentoring, care coordination, documentation, telehealth, on-call triage, project implementation, and regional travel. It requires at least five years of nurse practitioner experience, active national certification, a current Family Nurse Practitioner license, BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and EMR proficiency.
