Description
KabaFusion is hiring a Home Health Nurse Manager to coordinate care for new infusion patients, oversee skilled nursing visits and agency operations, support nursing staff through hiring, coaching, orientation, and clinical competency, maintain regulatory and documentation compliance, and participate in quality improvement and staffing activities. The role requires an accredited nursing education, current unrestricted registered nurse licensure, a driver’s license and auto insurance, BLS/CPR certification, and at least three years of registered nurse experience in home health, home infusion pharmacy, or an equivalent setting; two years of supervisory experience is preferred or required depending on state regulations.
