Description
Signature Health is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Community Nursing to oversee and lead the community nursing team in an integrated mental health and addiction care setting. The role supervises daily nursing operations, coordinates community-based patients, supports care pathways and clinical protocols, oversees performance and training, participates in recruitment and retention, and provides direct patient care as needed. It requires a valid unencumbered Ohio RN license, AHA BLS certification, and 3+ years of relevant nursing experience; a bachelor's degree in nursing and 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience are preferred. The position may require evenings and extended hours and involves clinical, office, and telehealth work.
