The role leads industrial plant operations and shift-based operational teams, ensuring continuous, stable, and safe production processes. Responsibilities include supervising operations and emergencies, evaluating performance, approving high-risk work permits, verifying employee qualifications, managing personnel administration, issuing anomaly reports, participating in APR and HAZOP investigations, and planning maintenance shutdowns.
