Description
The Supervisor - Operations will oversee one or more warehouse departments, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and housekeeping. The role coordinates employee assignments, monitors productivity, quality, safety, and workflow metrics, enforces procedures, maintains employee records, supports performance management, develops warehouse processes, and trains associates. The position reports to a Manager or Senior Manager Operations, requires a high school degree or equivalent, three years of warehouse and distribution operations experience, one year leading warehouse associates, and the ability to operate or obtain forklift certification. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with flexibility to support business needs.
