Description
The Operations Supervisor will supervise and direct a USW-represented workforce performing operations, maintenance, and construction activities at assigned hydroelectric plants. The role leads safety and environmental compliance, reviews and develops procedures, monitors workmanship, supports budgeting and procurement, collaborates with engineers and consultants, and manages four assets across North Carolina and Tennessee. The position requires hydropower systems knowledge, power-distribution expertise, supervisory experience, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; compensation is $105,000–$120,000 with a 15% target bonus.
