Collectors/Beckett is hiring an Operations Supervisor to launch and oversee a new card grading operation in Tigard, Oregon. The role manages end-to-end grading workflow, including receiving, research and identification, encapsulation, quality control, imaging, invoicing, and shipping; coaches and evaluates employees; establishes schedules and KPIs; resolves customer discrepancies; and supports occasional travel to card shows. The position requires onsite work five days per week, initial training in Plano, Texas, and a bachelor’s degree, with a salary range of $62,000 to $72,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
