Supervisor, Operations at CPC Colonial Pipeline Company

Colonial Pipeline is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate safe and effective operations within an operating area, lead and coach employees, manage schedules and operational activities, support local improvement and budgetary needs, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ideally five years of pipeline operations experience, a valid driver’s license, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to obtain HAZWOPER and Operator Qualification training. The position involves indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions near refined petroleum products and requires physical ability to respond to emergencies.
