GOAT is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a local facility, overseeing inbound and outbound operations, inventory, verification, fulfillment, logistics, safety, team leadership, continuous improvement, cost control, and data-driven process optimization. The role requires at least five years of supervisory experience, logistics or e-commerce knowledge, warehouse automation familiarity, strong organization and communication skills, and availability for extended hours, weekends, and holidays. The hiring range is $31–$31 USD plus benefits.
