GOAT is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a local facility, oversee inbound, inventory, verification, outbound, return, fulfillment, and logistics operations, and coordinate with multiple departments. The role includes team leadership, safety and quality management, cost control, data analysis, continuous improvement, and occasional extended work including weekends and holidays. Candidates need at least five years of supervisory experience, logistics or e-commerce knowledge, warehouse automation familiarity, financial acumen, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
