Description
McKesson is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse associates on its Vas/QA team at a 475,000-square-foot distribution center in Bartlett, Illinois. The role supervises daily warehouse operations, allocates resources, resolves operational issues, coaches team members, improves processes, maintains reporting and compliance, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The schedule is 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or until work is completed, with occasional travel and the ability to work early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as needed. The position requires at least three years of subject-matter experience, leadership capability, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; logistics, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, Lean Six Sigma, ERP, and data analytics experience are preferred. The listed base pay range is $63,200 to $105,300.
