Spectrum Supply Chain Solutions is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee all aspects of a Monday-to-Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shift in a third-party logistics environment. The role reports to the Operations Manager and covers scheduling, shift briefings, task assignment, order sequencing, quality and safety compliance, KPI tracking, labour-hour approval, employee coaching and disciplinary matters, customer communication, and performance reporting. Candidates should have five years of distribution experience, at least two years of supervisory experience, a business-management or logistics-management college diploma or equivalent experience, computer literacy, warehouse-management-system proficiency, and French communication skills; MHE licensing and 3PL experience are assets.
