Description
PSC Group is hiring a Supervisor, Operations to manage site-level workgroups and oversee safe, efficient, high-quality daily operations. The role enforces safety and work procedures, monitors productivity, coordinates labor and equipment, schedules work, communicates with leadership and other departments, and promotes safety and continuous improvement. The position requires fluent English, regular on-site attendance, physical work in extreme heat or cold, and the ability to work in industrial environmental conditions while wearing required PPE. The schedule is Monday through Friday day shift with some weekends required, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, leave, training, and bonus opportunities.
