Description
The Supervisor, Operations directly manages site-level workgroups and oversees safe, efficient, high-quality daily operations. Responsibilities include enforcing procedures and safety policies, monitoring productivity, coordinating labor, equipment, and scheduling, communicating with leadership and other departments, and promoting safety and continuous improvement. The role requires fluent English, regular on-site attendance, knowledge of the AAR Field Manual and Clll Manual, familiarity with tank cars, hopper cars, gondola cars, customer procedures, and SDSs, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions while wearing required PPE. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends and some evenings as needed.
