Description
The Supervisor - Operations will oversee one or more warehouse departments, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and housekeeping. Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager Operations, the role coordinates work assignments, monitors productivity, quality, safety, and performance metrics, enforces procedures, maintains employee records, supports process development, and develops training programs. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, at least three years of warehouse and distribution operations experience, one year leading warehouse associates, forklift operation or certification, inventory control knowledge, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
