Barletta Boats is hiring a Supervisor, Operations to lead a manufacturing team and drive safety, productivity, quality, and culture. The role includes coaching and developing employees, conducting performance reviews, completing payroll-related administrative functions, maintaining safe and organized work areas, reviewing production schedules, and resolving operational issues. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 6–7 years of manufacturing experience, and 2+ years of marine-industry management experience; supervisor experience is preferred.
