L3Harris is hiring a Supervisor, Operations Management to oversee first-shift production activities at its manufacturing facility in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The role leads production lines, coaches employees, resolves issues, supports Lean and continuous improvement, monitors yields and performance metrics, enforces safety and work-instruction procedures, and manages personnel records and performance reviews. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience, or six years of related experience in lieu of a degree; Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft proficiency, manufacturing-process knowledge, and root-cause problem-solving experience are preferred.
