The Supervisor - Operations (Supply Chain Services) leads a team supporting specialized customer programs involving light assembly, value-added services, quality control, and data center infrastructure projects. The role oversees warehouse operations, employee assignments, productivity, quality, safety, compliance, performance management, training, and customer issue resolution while maintaining operational readiness. It requires a high school degree or equivalent, three years of warehouse and distribution operations experience, one year leading warehouse associates, forklift operation or certification, inventory control knowledge, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
