Description
The Manufacturing Training Manager leads and supervises a team of instructors delivering technical training programs that improve manufacturing performance, workforce capability, and operational efficiency. The role supports Lean Manufacturing, quality, safety, environmental, regulatory, and compliance training; coordinates cross-training and workforce readiness; uses LMS and eLearning platforms; maintains training records and certifications; and aligns training effectiveness with operational KPIs. Candidates need at least two years of manufacturing, training, or related experience, two years supervising or leading teams, and experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing environment. The role requires 20% or more time travel and does not provide visa sponsorship.
