Description
The Manufacturing Training Specialist conducts new-employee orientation, introductory manufacturing training, simulated production training, on-the-job training, and coaching for operators. The role assesses trainee competency, maintains training materials, supports supervisors and HR, monitors progress, addresses safety and skill gaps, and contributes to continuous improvement and new-product-launch initiatives. A high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing, production, or industrial-training experience are required, along with knowledge of hand tools, torque tools, and general mechanical processes.
