Description
SIG SAUER, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor, OSP for the first shift to oversee outsourced production activities, vendor relationships, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations. The role coordinates with vendors, planners, production, quality, engineering, receiving, and internal teams; supports delivery processes and vendor performance; manages new-hire onboarding and employee development; and leads process improvements and problem-solving initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of operations or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, and 1–2 years of team-leading experience.
