Description
The Outlet Team Supervisor (OTS) supports the Store Manager and leads a team of selling and support colleagues in a retail outlet. The role supervises store operations, drives sales and customer service, trains and coaches staff, manages schedules and onboarding, protects company assets, and assists with merchandising, credit, loyalty, pricing, and technology. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication and adaptability, computer proficiency, and availability for flexible retail hours.
