Description
The PACE Operations Supervisor assists the PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall program activities and functions. The role supports management of PACE participants across quality, service, utilization, and financial outcomes, while incorporating Providence St. Joseph Health’s mission and values. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work, business administration, or a health-related field, driving ability, and two years of operations experience including staff supervision and budgeting, with at least one year working with the elderly. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, care-management or population-management experience, and experience with team-building and conflict management.
