The role involves welcoming customers, explaining product styles and benefits, maintaining service standards, coaching employees, executing assigned business focus areas, resolving customer concerns, building customer loyalty, supporting asset protection, and providing feedback to the Store Manager. Candidates should have a positive solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication and multitasking skills, computer proficiency, varied skills and experiences, and a high school diploma. The position may require availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, along with physical work involving lifting, bending, standing, walking, and climbing a ladder.
