Description
The Supervisor, Patient Access Services oversees frontline patient access staff across hospital service areas such as Emergency Department, Admitting, Same Day Surgery, and Labor & Delivery. The role manages registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, staffing, performance feedback, compliance, and staff development while supporting accurate patient registration and positive patient experience. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1–2 years of patient access or hospital registration experience, and offers preferred supervisory, unionized healthcare, and EPIC experience. The position is part-time, weekend, and pays $78,884.00–$118,326.00 annually.
