Description
The Supervisor, Patient Access Services oversees frontline patient access staff across assigned Mount Sinai hospital service areas, including Emergency Department, Admitting, Same Day Surgery, and Labor & Delivery. The role manages registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, staffing, performance feedback, compliance, training, and coordination with clinical and internal departments. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1–2 years of patient access or hospital registration experience, and offers preferred supervisory, unionized-healthcare, and EPIC experience. The position is full-time at night and pays $78,884.00–$118,326.00 annually.
