ThrivePass is hiring a full-time Supervisor, PEO Data Services to lead and develop a team responsible for API and EDI integration solutions supporting PEO partners and clients. The role combines people leadership, technical escalation, operational excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Client Success, Implementations, Product, and Engineering. Candidates need at least five years of experience supporting EDI integrations, API-based data exchanges, and benefits administration platforms, plus one year leading integration, EDI, or data professionals. The position offers hybrid work in Denver, Colorado or Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, or fully remote work in the United States, with a salary of $85,000–$105,000 annually.
