Description
The Packaging Supervisor assists with planning, coordinating, and managing employees and operations in a packaging department. The role oversees filling and packaging production, equipment operation and maintenance, production scheduling, quality documentation, cGMP compliance, safety, employee development, and warehouse functions. It requires a BA degree or at least four years of supervisory experience, with nutritional, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred, and includes a second shift from 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM at 1300 Airport Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey.
