Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor will lead and motivate a manufacturing workforce at Plant 3, directing production, scheduling, staffing, quality, safety, and continuous-improvement activities. The role supervises employees, manages performance and attendance, trains new supervisors and employees, resolves operational and maintenance issues, maintains inventories, and supports budget and goal-setting. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of leadership experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States; manufacturing-supervision experience and TPM, synchronous manufacturing, and Kaizen experience are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available.
