Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Supervisor Process Engineering (m/w/d) for its Contactor Manufacturing team. The role leads the process engineering team responsible for membrane manufacturing, including degassing media modules; manages production, process engineering, and product qualification priorities; optimizes manufacturing processes; oversees qualification, validation, and introduction of new materials, products, and processes; leads projects; performs root-cause analysis and process improvement; and develops the team and technical direction. The position requires a master's or diploma in chemical engineering, relevant membrane-production experience, analytical and statistical skills, project-management and Lean Six Sigma experience, leadership experience, and German and English proficiency.
