Description
Capstone Copper is hiring a Processing Maintenance Supervisor to lead safe and efficient preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance for a mining processing plant. The role supervises maintenance technicians, coordinates contractors and vendors, manages work orders, equipment reliability, inventory, budgets, and continuous improvement, and supports operations, engineering, planning, and procurement. It requires at least five years of industrial processing or fixed-plant mechanical maintenance experience, contractor-management experience, SAP or CMMS familiarity, and a valid driver's license, with approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.
