Infinite Legacy is hiring a Supervisor of Procurement Services to oversee donation services technicians and related organ recovery, perfusion, organ back table, research recovery, and procurement activities. The role provides clinical expertise and training, supervises staffing and coverage, supports performance management and payroll, conducts quality assurance and audits, mentors employees, and serves as a subject-matter expert for organ preservation, OR navigation, supplies, and training. The position requires a schedule based on business and shift needs, including at least four clinical shifts per month and possible weekends, holidays, or overnight hours.
