Glen-Gery Corporation is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for its Hanley Plant in Summerville, Pennsylvania. The role assists with overseeing brick manufacturing operations, including packaging, safety, quality, productivity, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, production performance, new-product development, and employee recruitment and scheduling. It is a hands-on, rotating first- and second-shift position requiring supervisory experience, technical and production engineering knowledge, and familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and other plant systems.
