LCI is hiring an onsite Production Supervisor in Durham, North Carolina, working Monday through Friday from 7:10 AM to 3:45 PM. The role supervises production workers, determines work procedures, prepares schedules, coordinates workflow, assigns duties, maintains attendance and production records, supports quality and safety goals, trains workers, and manages materials and equipment. The position requires 2 to 5 years of manufacturing supervision experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
