Description
The Aseptic Supervisor supports the injectable manufacturing team by supervising and coordinating shift production, staffing, scheduling, quality standards, SOPs, batch records, inventory transactions, investigations, and CAPA implementations. The role manages hourly manufacturing employees, conducts interviews and performance evaluations, and oversees process training and readiness. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of GMP manufacturing experience, and knowledge of cGMP; the schedule is Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 pm to 5:30 am with every other Wednesday off, and the annual pay range is $88,000 to $100,000 with a 15% shift differential.
