HWI is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead press department operators and manage shift activities, team performance, quality compliance, equipment issues, production reporting, and safety. The role requires a high school diploma, computer and Oracle ERP skills, Lean production experience, hydraulic equipment knowledge, and preferably a B.S. degree in Operations, Business, or Supply Chain and prior refractor manufacturing experience. The position is primarily based in a factory environment.
