Description
The Production Supervisor directly supervises manufacturing associates across one or more value streams or departments and coordinates resources, equipment, production plans, safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people performance. The role leads continuous improvement, audits processes and products, communicates across shifts and departments, mentors associates, and supports quality, safety, environmental, security, and regulatory requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business-related discipline or an equivalent education plus five years of people-leadership experience, along with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and proven Lean Manufacturing experience.
